When it is found that the product shipped to the customer has quality problems, the quality department will immediately communicate with the general manager and make decisions according to the severity of the problem. Customer service department will fully follow up the handling of the problem.
Quality department personnel will do in-depth analysis of the reflected product issues, and work out the ways for improvement.
Below is the work flow of the quality assurance process.
Before production, the quality department checks the raw materials. Nonconforming materials and suspicious items are placed in isolation.
During the production process, the production line staff conducts a self-test. Nonconforming products produced during the production process are distinguished and placed in the development area in case they are used incorrectly.
